More legal troubles for Matthew Fox, arrested for DUI

Posted by Unknown | Mar 13, 2014 | 0 Comments

Actor Matthew Fox was arrested around 3 a.m. on Friday morning and charged with driving under the influence. Fox was in Bend, Oregon, when a police officer noticed he was not staying in his correct lane on the road and ultimately pulled him over.

The 45-year-old had a passenger in his vehicle at the time he was arrested. He was taken into custody and released from jail on the same day that he was booked. He has a scheduled court appearance for June 17.

Fox had a run-in with the law in August 2011 when he was accused of hitting a female bus driver in Ohio. He has denied these claims and has actually filed a counter lawsuit, claiming that the bus driver punched him instead.
