Kirkland DUI Defense

KIRKLAND MUNICIPAL COURT

The Kirkland Municipal Court is located at 11704 NE 118th St, Kirkland, WA 98034.  This is the location of the old Costco Home Store in Totem Lake.  Most of the criminal matters will be held in Courtroom 1.  Some matters are held in Courtrooms 2 or 3.  The presiding judge in Kirkland is the Honorable John Olson.

Of all the municipal courts, the lawyers of Cowan Kirk perhaps make more appearances in Kirkland than any other municipal courthouse.  Cases are typically filed within 2-3 weeks of the offense date.  Your first pre-trial conference is likely to be about 40 days following the date of your arrest.  The Kirkland Municipal Court is also the home of the Kirkland Police Department and the Kirkland jail.

Zoom Court

Currently, during the pandemic, Kirkland Municipal Court has been conducting almost every hearing via Zoom.  For more information about joining a virtual court hearing in Kirkland Municipal court, click here.
