The drunk driver responsible for the death of another driver in a fatal crash last April pleaded guilty on June 21.

A 10-year imprisonment term was recommended by King County prosecutors against 25-year-old Michael Robertson after he pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide regarding the accident in the Montlake area that killed 58-year-old Morgan Williams. Williams was reportedly going to work when the fatal accident happened. According to Washington State Patrol, the accident happened after Robertson made a U-turn on the freeway. There was also an empty bottle of whiskey found inside his car.

Robertson will be sentenced on July 26.
