Seattle Police officer arrested for DUI and causes 4 car collision

Posted by Unknown | Mar 12, 2014 | 0 Comments

John G. Fox, 46, of the Seattle Police Department, was arrested on Thursday and charged with driving under the influence after causing a 4 car collision in Mukilteo.

Fox is a 23 year veteran of the Seattle Police.  According to Chief Rex Caldwell, Fox refused to take a breathalyzer test to measure his blood alcohol content.  Fox was convicted of DUI 17 years ago, and police found empty liquor bottles inside his vehicle.

Fox was driving an unmarked SUV on the SR-525 and crashed into a stopped vehicle at a red light, which caused that vehicle to collide with two other cars.
