A little after 2am on Sunday night, Gary Kietlinski of Cossayuna called OnStar from his pickup truck saying to the dispatcher, “I just can't drive my truck home. You can see. I'm on a back road here going to Cossayuna. I could do it but I really don't want to…I'm a little under the influence.” According to police, Kietlinski called OnStar and was sent through to the Washington County emergency dispatcher after he found graffiti on his truck. Police found him and his vehicle parked in the middle of the road with the doors and windows locked with his hazard flashers running. Upon arrival, Kietlinkski called OnStar again because he couldn't unlock the doors. He is being charged with aggravated DWI after finding that his blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit at 0.19.
