Man arrested for DUI, waving pellet gun out of the window

A man was arrested after he was allegedly waving a pellet gun at people as he was drunk driving in Seattle. He was held on $10,000 bond and will face charges later in the week.

The same suspect also allegedly crashed his car into a parking enforcement officer's scooter near 4th and Union Streets. No damage or injuries have been reported due to the man's actions and his name has been released because he has not yet been charged.

The man allegedly  told police that he used clonazepan and methadone. The man was also previously charged of a DUI, but received deferred prosecution.
