Posted by Unknown | Mar 10, 2014 | 0 Comments

The law firm of Cowan Kirk and Gaston has recently announced that Ted Vosk has been invited to speak at this year's American Academy of Forensic Sciences Annual conference in Chicago.

The title of the workshop is “Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Evidence: Extrapolation, Interpretation and Testimony in the Post-NAS Era.” This is the second time that Vosk has been asked to speak at the conference acknowledging his achievements in the field of breath testing and forensic science.

The presentation will cover the uncertainty that breath and blood tests have in criminal forensics. Vosk recently challenged the way breathe tests are reported and was able to show that there is uncertainty with the breathe test results.
