Seattle Coffee Shop Owner Charged with DUI

The majority owner of the popular Seattle coffee shop Caffe Vita has pleaded not guilty after being charged with DUI, assault, and hit-and-run.  According to sources familiar with the case, the man was arrested following an accident and physical altercation on March 21st.  Records show that the man refused to submit to breath-testing and was booked into jail around 8 p.m.
