According to reports,  efforts by law enforcement are underway in order to reduce the number of individuals on the road and driving intoxicated.

Groups such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving have come out pushing for tougher legislation and stricter enforcement of laws. These groups have successfully been able to make laws stricter with more serious punishment for offenders.

As always, it is recommended that an individual never operate a vehicle if they feel that they may be close to being over the limit.  It is important to arrange for a designated driver if drinking.
