Boy Arrested for DUI

Posted by Unknown | Mar 06, 2014 | 0 Comments

In Lincoln, Nebraska, a 12 year old boy has been arrested for DUI. On Tuesday night, the boy allegedly stole a car while drunk and crashed into a stop sign, a fence and a parked car. He then tried to flee the scene.

The boy was held by a neighbor until police showed up. When examined, the boy's BAC registered at .14, nearly twice the legal limit for an adult. The boy will likely face stringent charges even though he is still a minor.
