Hit and Run DUI Kills Infant

Posted by Unknown | Mar 05, 2014 | 0 Comments

Earlier in the week, a hit and run crash occurred in Lynden. An SUV crossed the center line and struck a semi truck head on at the intersection of East Badger Road and Northwood Road. The driver of the SUV then fled the scene.

According to police, a 3 month old passenger in the SUV was killed in the crash. Another 25 year old passenger was injured and hospitalized. They say the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The combination of all these factors will greatly increase the penalties for the driver's charges. If you or someone you know is facing DUI charges, contact the Seattle DUI attorneys of Cowan, Kirk & Gaston at 866-822-1230.
