All three partners, Doug Cowan, William Kirk and Eric Gaston, have been named “Super Lawyers” for 2009 by Washington Law and Politics Magazine.  This award is handed out to only the top five percent of attorneys in the State of Washington.  For Mr. Gaston, this is the second time he has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer.”  For Mr. Kirk, this is the sixth time he's received this distinction.  For Mr. Cowan, we quit counting his awards years ago.  Additionally, Mr. Cowan and Mr. Kirk were named as two of the Top 25 Criminal Defense Attorneys in the State of Washington by the same publication.  The 2009 Super Lawyers will be published in the Summer 2009 edition of Washington Law and Politics.
