Lake Forest Park Municipal Court

The Lake Forest Municipal Court is located at City Hall at 17425 Ballinger Way NE, 2nd Floor, Lake Forest Park, WA  98155.  

This municipal court handles all misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, including DUIs, that occur within the city limits.  The courtroom is located on the 2nd floor.  While there is ample parking, security lines can be long so it is highly recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before any scheduled hearing.  The City is represented by the law firm of Moberly & Roberts who handles several municpal prosecution contracts in King County.  

Judge Linda Portnoy is the presiding judge of Lake Forest Park.
