KIRKLAND MUNICIPAL COURT

The Kirkland Municipal Court is located at 11704 NE 118th St, Kirkland, WA 98034.  This is the location of the old Costco Home Store in Totem Lake.  Most of the criminal matters will be held in Courtroom 1.  Some matters are held in Courtrooms 2 or 3.  The presiding judge in Kirkland is Judge Michael Lambo.  Judge Pro Tem John Olsen also presides over some criminal matters.

Of all the municipal courts, the lawyers of Cowan Kirk Kattenhorn perhaps make more appearances in Kirkland than any other municipal courthouse.  Cases are typically filed within 2-3 weeks of the offense date.  Your first pre-trial conference is likely to be about 40 days following the date of your arrest.  The Kirkland Municipal Court is also the home of the Kirkland Police Department and the Kirkland jail.
