Navy Sailor Resists Officers During Arrest

Posted by Unknown | Mar 10, 2014 | 0 Comments

A Navy sailor bit and kicked Seattle police officers as they arrested him for DUI early Thursday morning, police said. Reports say the sailor and another man were crashing through several billboards used to keep vehicles from entering the Seattle Center when a security guard called the police. When police arrived, they could see the men were clearly intoxicated.

The sailor tried to resist arrest by biting an officer on the hand and repeatedly kicked at them, authorities said. When the officers were putting him in the patrol vehicle, he rolled over and kicked them. The sailor spoke belligerently to the officers as well. The other man was interviewed and released, authorities said.
