NFL Player Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Posted by Unknown | Mar 04, 2014 | 0 Comments

Donte Stallworth of the Cleveland Browns is pleading not guilty to charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI manslaughter. He faces up to 15 years in prison if he is convicted. The date for his trial has not yet been set.

The charges stem from a traffic incident that occurred in Florida in which a pedestrian was killed. Currently, Stallworth is free on $200,000 bail and must abstain from alcohol and adhere to a curfew.
