Eric Gaston Lectures Attorneys On The Limitations of Field Sobriety Testing

Eric Gaston was invited to speak at the 2010 seminar “Defending DUIs” sponsored by the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice on December 10, 2010. Eric presented material which underscored the misconceptions, limitations, and fallacies of tying ones performance on roadside tests to impaired driving.

By explaining how to attack and undermine these Field Sobriety Tests, Eric was able to demonstrate one of the many ways a prepared lawyer can dismantle the State’s evidence against someone accused of DUI.
