Warrant Issued for DUI Driver

Posted by Unknown | Mar 05, 2014 | 0 Comments

In Lynden, a crash occurred last week, killing a baby and injuring the mother. The baby was sitting in his mother's lap when the driver crashed his SUV. The baby was killed in the impact.

The mother is at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in satisfactory condition. Now the state police have issued a warrant for the arrest of the driver. He is believed to have been drinking before the crash and will likely be charged with DUI among other things.

If you or someone you know is facing DUI charges, contact the Seattle DUI attorneys of Cowan, Kirk & Gaston at 866-822-1230.
